I AM BLESSED

I want to be blessed!!

There, I can't help it.  I don't want to be rich, or famous.. I don't want to be liked by everyone or first in everything.. I WANT TO BE BLESSED.

To be blessed is having approval placed over my life .. my marriage was blessed by my parents.. they approved of Jamie and me and blessed it .. and they gave us such freedom to live and prosper and be joyful, knowing that we were approved for each other by our parents.

Today, I just stopped to thank God for His blessing over me.  Because of the faith that He gave me to believe that Jesus is God and the Holy Spirit that He sent to comfort me.. I AM BLESSED!! 

I am approved by God. I am righteous in His eyes, because of the blood of Jesus over me.  I am holy because Jesus is holy and THAT's who saved me.    I have freedom to live and prosper.. I have freedom to be joyful.

I AM BLESSED!!

Today.. I choose to live like I am blessed.   I choose to embrace God's Word.   I choose to delight in God's WOrd so that I can drink it in and grow fruit that never spoils.  

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers.
But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on this law he meditates day and night.
He is like the tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.
The wicked are not so, but are like chaff which the wind drives away.
The LORD knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked  will perish.
